Head of Enterprise Sales
Seasoned enterprise sales leader to open doors at mid-market and large organizations — especially in healthcare, financial services, defense, and legal. 10–20 hrs/week with retainer + significant commission on closed deals.
What you'll do
- Identify and qualify enterprise prospects for Bolt and Aeira
- Run discovery calls, demos, and POC engagements end-to-end
- Navigate procurement, InfoSec, and compliance review cycles
- Build a repeatable enterprise sales process from scratch
- Provide market feedback that shapes product and pricing
What we're looking for
- 5+ years selling enterprise software (B2B SaaS, on-prem, or hybrid)
- Experience with $50K–$500K+ ARR deals and 3–9 month sales cycles
- Existing relationships in regulated verticals
- Comfort with early-stage ambiguity
- Strong understanding of AI/ML and compliance landscapes
Compensation
- Monthly retainer + uncapped commission on closed revenue
- Equity vesting tied to revenue milestones — for the right candidate
