• Meaningful input on the roadmap. Design partners shape what ships in Q4 and Q1.
• Direct escalation path to the founding team, plus a weekly working call.
• A signed reference letter at the end of the program, if you're willing to give one. Optional.

What they don't get

• No reselling rights. We do not white-label.
• No custom features that don't generalize. We will push back hard on bespoke work.
• No unlimited pilot extensions. The program is time-boxed.
• No free production deployment in perpetuity. The program transitions to standard pilot pricing on graduation.

Who fits

• CISO, CIO, Head of Architecture, or VP of Engineering at a bank, insurer, healthcare system, government agency, AmLaw 100 firm, or other regulated enterprise.
• A real AI agent initiative that is past prototype and aiming for production this fiscal year. Not a research project.
• A named executive sponsor with budget authority or a direct path to it.
• An engineering team that can dedicate one or two engineers part-time for integration and feedback during the program.
• Comfort with private feedback channels. Design partners hear about new features two to four weeks before public release.

We're keeping the cohort small because we can't do real co-design work with more than seven partners, and because every design partner becomes a reference. A bad reference is worse than no reference. We'd rather say no to a good company than say yes to one we can't serve well.
