By accessing or using sparcle.app, the Bolt platform, or the Aeira data plane (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sparcle, LLC provides an enterprise AI productivity platform ("Bolt") that unifies workplace tools via the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and an enterprise data plane ("Aeira") that provides ACL-aware search, indexing, and catalog capabilities. The website at sparcle.app provides information about our services and allows prospective customers to contact us.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for business use. By using the Service, you represent that you are authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organization.

4. Use of the Service

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system; (c) transmit malware or harmful code; (d) violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology on this site and in the Bolt and Aeira platforms are owned by Sparcle, LLC or its licensors. Multiple patents are pending. No license is granted except as expressly stated.

6. Enterprise Agreements

Enterprise use of the Bolt platform and Aeira data plane is governed by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Data Processing Agreement (DPA). In the event of conflict, the MSA takes precedence over these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sparcle, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
