Rajendra founded Sparcle to close the gap between how people actually use AI at work and what their security and compliance teams can allow. He spent nearly a decade at Google building large-scale distributed systems and core product infrastructure, then led agentic AI architecture at NVIDIA before leaving to build Sparcle full time. He is based in Sunnyvale, California.
Hemangi co-founded Sparcle and runs the company's operations. She focuses on turning a governed, self-hosted AI platform into something enterprises can adopt in practice: the integration work, the customer co-design, and the day-to-day of building a company around a product that has to earn a security team's trust.
