Head of Enterprise Sales

Fractional Remote Commission-Heavy

Seasoned enterprise sales leader to open doors at mid-market and large organizations especially in healthcare, financial services, defense, and legal. 10–20 hrs/week with retainer + significant commission on closed deals.

What you'll do

  • Identify and qualify enterprise prospects for Bolt and Aeira
  • Run discovery calls, demos, and POC engagements end-to-end
  • Navigate procurement, InfoSec, and compliance review cycles
  • Build a repeatable enterprise sales process from scratch
  • Provide market feedback that shapes product and pricing

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years selling enterprise software (B2B SaaS, on-prem, or hybrid)
  • Experience with $50K–$500K+ ARR deals and 3–9 month sales cycles
  • Existing relationships in regulated verticals
  • Comfort with early-stage ambiguity
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML and compliance landscapes

Compensation

  • Monthly retainer + uncapped commission on closed revenue
  • Equity vesting tied to revenue milestones, for the right candidate

QA / Test Engineer

Freelance / Contract Remote Part-Time

Detail-oriented QA engineer to manually test Bolt end-to-end on macOS, Windows, and Linux (desktop app, PWA, and browser extension). Configure and break OIDC/OAuth2 flows, validate MCP integrations, and ensure enterprise-grade quality across every surface. ~20 hrs/week with room to grow as we scale.

What you'll do

  • Test Bolt desktop app end-to-end on macOS, Windows, and Linux
  • Test the PWA and browser extension across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge
  • Configure and test OIDC/OAuth2 flows (Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, Zoho)
  • Set up and validate MCP server integrations in corporate environments
  • Test enterprise deployment scenarios: SSO, directory sync, token lifecycle
  • Write and maintain automated tests (Playwright, integration tests)
  • Report and track bugs with structured reports: steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual, screen recordings

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in QA/test engineering for web or desktop applications
  • Access to macOS, Windows, and Linux machines (or willingness to set up VMs)
  • Hands-on experience configuring OIDC/OAuth2 providers (Google, Microsoft, Okta, etc.)
  • Experience testing cross-platform desktop apps (installers, updates, OS-specific issues)
  • Familiarity with enterprise identity: SSO, SCIM, directory services
  • Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or similar test frameworks
  • Bonus: experience with MCP servers or AI-powered product testing
